SCRIPTURE

Mark 1: 21 - 28: Jesus and His disciples came to the town of Capernaum , and on the next Sabbath Jesus went to the synagogue and began to teach. The people who heard Him were amazed at the way He taught, for He wasn't like the teachers of the law; instead He taught with authority. Just then a man with an evil spirit came into the synagogue and screamed, “What do You want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Are You here to destroy us? I know Who You are – You are God's holy messenger!” Jesus ordered the spirit, “Be quiet, and come out of the man!” The evil spirit shook the man hard, gave a loud scream, and came out of him. The people were all amazed that they started saying to one another, “What is this? Is it some kind of new teaching? This man has authority to give orders to the evil spirits, and they obey Him!” And so the news about Jesus spread quickly everywhere in the province of Galilee .

SCRIPTURE / PROPHECY

Matthew 14: 25 – 29: “ Between three and six o'clock in the morning Jesus came to the disciples, walking on water. When they saw Him walking on the water, they were terrified. ‘It's a ghost!', they said, and screamed with fear. Jesus spoke to them at once. ‘Courage!' Jesus said. ‘It is I. Don't be afraid!' Then Peter spoke up. ‘Lord, if it is really You, order me to come out on the water to You.' ‘Come!,' answered Jesus.” “Come, come to Me, come!”, answered Jesus. “Come; do not hesitate, do not be afraid, but come! Come! I stretch out My hand to you, come! Look at Me; fear not the ways, the circumstances, the storms, or even the doubt. Come to Me, I stretch out My hand to you! Come, take My hand – I love you!”

SCRIPTURE

Revelation 22: 12 – 17: “ Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.

PROPHECY

Yes, My people, you are My beloved! I have come to walk among you. I have come to offer you My hand, and to tell you not to be afraid! For when you take My hand, you take love, you take strength, you take courage. I call you, My people! Come to Me, take My hand and together we shall walk to My Father. And so I call to you, My people, and I say, “Do you not see? Do not see or understand, do you not feel My love for you? Why do you hesitate, why do you doubt, why are you afraid? Reach out now, My beloved, and take My hand! It is indeed I, it is the great I AM, it is He, it is I; it is whatever you know or wish to call Me. Come, My beloved, walk with Me and we shall go to My Father.”

PROPHECY / SENSE

God is saying, “Be a child again. Remember when you were a small child and looked to your mother and father and you had total and complete trust and faith in them. You knew that they would take care of you no matter what. You never had to be afraid; but if you were afraid, you ran into their arms.” I keep feeling that God is reaching His arms to us now and He is saying, “Don't be afraid! I am here and you can trust Me! When you can trust no other, you can always trust in Me!”

SCRIPTURE

John 10: 3 – 4: The gatekeeper opens the gate for him; the sheep hear his voice as he calls his own sheep by name, and he leads them out. When he has brought them out, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice.

SCRIPTURE

Ephesians 6: 16: In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield, to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
