INSPIRED WORD

PRAYER

.......Lord, we have heard people give testimony to that fact right here in this community tonight. We praise You, Lord! We know that each of us has a testimony in our hearts to Your praise and to Your glory, to Your goodness and to Your power. Always inspire us, Lord; always give us the courage, trust and boldness to speak about the great deeds that You do in our lives to all of the people that You bring into our lives. Thank You, Lord! Praise You, Lord!

SCRIPTURE / SHARING

Psalm 111: 1 – 6: “ Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart in the company of the upright, in the congregation. Great are the works of the Lord, studied by all who delight in them. Full of honor and majesty is His work, and His righteousness endures forever. He has gained renown by His wonderful deeds; the Lord is gracious and merciful. He provides food for those who fear Him; He is ever mindful of His covenant. He has shown His people the power of His works, in giving them the heritage of the nations.”

Earlier, Ray eluded to the Book of Habakkuk, lets see if I can find that. This Word was given to our Prayer Group back in 1986 - it is: Habakkuk 2: 1 – 3: “I will stand at my watchpost and station myself on the rampart. I will keep watch to see what He will say to me, and what He will answer concerning my complaint. Then the Lord answered me and said, 'Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so that a runner may read it. For there is still a vision for the appointed time; it speaks of the end and does not lie. If it seems to tarry, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.'”

In April of 1989, we received another very powerful vision and the Lord has told us, over and over again, to keep our eyes on the vision, to keep our focus on the vision. As Ray was speaking earlier, he reminded me of that vision when he said, “Lord, let your people know, for there are new ones here and they should know the vision; that they may keep it in their eyes.” That vision, that Word, given to us in that small chapel with seven to ten of us present was this: “I will fill this room and I will fill this church and I will fill this city with people whose hearts are turned toward Me. I will fill this room and I will fill this church and I will fill this city with people whose hearts are turned toward Me!” The testimonies that you hear about when you come here are not luck, not coincidences, not ironies; they are the partial fulfillment of the vision that was given to us by the Lord. We recognize that the healings that we hear about are not luck, nor coincidences nor ironies; they are the works of God, the wonderful deeds, taking place right here.

PRAYER / EXHORTATION

Lord, You told us that You would go to any length to call us back to You, to get our attention, and we thank You for that, Lord. I ask each and every one of you here tonight – if you are grateful to the Lord for seeking and saving you, for calling you back to Him, then tell Him that from the depth of your hearts right now. That is what that song calls us to do. If we believe the words that we have sung, if we believe the words that we are given in praise to God, then let us tell Him that we thank Him for that!

SCRIPTURE / IMAGE

Isaiah 6: 1 – 4: “ In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a high and lofty throne, with the train of His garment filling the temple. Seraphim were stationed above; each of them had six wings: with two they veiled their faces, with two they veiled their feet, and with two they hovered aloft. 'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Hosts', they cried one to the other. 'All the earth is filled with His glory!' At the sound of that cry, the frame of the door shook and house was filled with smoke.” I had a vision that the Lord has brought His temple, His throne room here tonight. And we were all standing amidst the Lord in His throne room.

CONFIRMATION

I confirm that. I also see just a very sheer curtain that is in front of the Lord and we just have to whisk it away. The curtain is so light, just whisk it away and you are there in the throne room.

PRAYER

Lord, we ask You to help us with that; help us to whisk the curtain away. If those burdens in life have us bogged down to the point that we can't even move that fragile curtain, Lord, we give You permission to tear it apart and to draw us in. Bring us close to You, Lord, so that we can give You the praise and the honor to Your name. We build that temple, Lord, through prayer; we believe in the power of prayer. We believe in Your healing power; we believe in Your Presence in this community.

INTERPRETATION

How can I not hear you? How can I not answer you? The things that you asked of Me, before you even asked them, I have already done them! Those things that I would do, I would do; I do them because I am the Lord, your God. I am powerful and I can do all these things and I cannot turn away form you. I cannot resist you. The things that you ask of Me I have already done!

CONFIRMATION

I would like to confirm that. I had a really strong sense of the Lord also saying, “I do not desire sickness for My people; I do not desire pain for My people. I desire wellness, love, hope, and holiness for My people. Do not focus on the pain, do not focus on the sickness, but trust in Me and know that that is not My desire for your life.

PRAYER

Lord, we thank You for Your Presence! We thank You for hearing our prayers, Lord!

PRAYER OVER AN INDIVIDUAL AND HIS FAMILY

PRAYER

O Lord, You enter into every situation in our lives; You care about every situation in our lives. You know what is needed even before we ask, Lord. You know all the petitions of our hearts; You know what must be done and what must be said and the course that we must follow in each and every situation. Lord, we trust You to open the doors as only You can and bring the healing that needs to be brought there. We ask this in the name of Jesus!

SENSE

When we sang the song, something came to my mind. It was this: we see the throne in the church, we see throne in our midst, but what He really desires are the thrones that we build for Him in our hearts.

IMAGE

I had a vision last Wednesday night, but it was strange because that whole day I was just struggling and struggling to free myself from me, to free myself from this world. The Lord just kept saying, “Forget yourself, forget what the people around you think of you; forget what your thoughts are of yourself. Place your trust in Me and only think of Me and keep your focus on Me.” The image that He put into my mind was of a throne and He was already there. He had His hand down to me. He wants us all up there with Him on His throne. We are all limitless because He lives within us. We can do anything because He is within us.
