INSPIRED WORD

April 15, 2009

SCRIPTURE

Isaiah 25: 7 – 9: And He will destroy on this mountain the shroud that is cast out over all peoples, the sheet that is spread over all nations; He will swallow up death forever. Then the Lord God will wipe away the tears from all faces, and the disgrace of His people He will take away from all the earth, for the Lord has spoken. It will be said on that day, “Lo, this is our God; we have waited for Him, that He might save us.”

SCRIPTURE

John 14: 5 – 8: Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we don't know where You are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you really knew Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him.”

SCRIPTURE

Isaiah 29: 22 – 24: Therefore thus says the Lord, the God of the house of Jacob, Who redeemed Abraham: “Now Jacob shall have nothing to be ashamed of, nor shall his face grow pale. When his children see the work of My hands in his midst, they shall keep My name holy; they shall reverence the Holy One of Jacob, and be in awe of the God of Israel. Those who err in spirit shall acquire understanding, and those who find fault shall receive instruction.”

I was walking up to Communion and not paying much attention. I walked up and put my hands out and then looked up. Instead of the priest standing there, it was Jesus, and Mary was on the side of Him. Instead of putting the Eucharistic Host into my hands, He grabbed both of my hands and He said, “Enter in!” He pulled me up closer to the altar, and both He and Mary were smiling at me, and He said, “Enter in!”

PROPHECY

Put your head on My shoulder, come and be My child in My lap. Come and receive My comfort; come and rest awhile in Me.
