INSPIRED WORD

PRAYER / SCRIPTURE
Lord, we thank You for this opportunity to come into this place and to be able to worship You, to be able to set our focus on You, to let all the other stuff of the day and the week fall aside. Lord, You are good and You are full of mercy, You are full of kindness, and You are worthy of all praise. Nothing else in this world matters except You, because You are holy, Lord, and You are glorious, You are mighty. Lord, we magnify You because whatever we magnify is the thing that gets bigger in our sight. So we don't look at the distractions, worries, or the problems, but we fix our eyes on You, Lord; You are the author and the finisher of our faith. We thank You, Lord, for Your kindness, Your goodness, Your beauty, and Your holiness. We thank You for You are worthy! Lord, there aren't words to express Who You are and there aren't words to express who we are in that. Lord, we turn our gaze upon You tonight and we stay focused on You. Over the past few days, the Lord has been telling me that He wants me to ‘run with the horses.' Now there is a burning excitement and adventure in which God is calling us. It is like the tide is coming in; there is something new that God is doing now in our lives. 1 Corinthians 9: 24: “ Do you not know that in a race all the runners run but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way that you may win it.” In Philippians 3: 13: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” So Lord, we press on, and it is not in our strength, but Your strength, Lord. It is in weakness that You are our strength. We fall into Your arms, Lord. We gaze at Your face and You are beautiful!
SCRIPTURE / PROPHECY
Psalm 31: “ Lord, I have given up my pride and turned away from my arrogance, I am not concerned with great matters or with subjects too difficult for me. Instead, I am content and at peace. As a child lies quietly in it mother's arms, so my heart is quiet within me. Trust in the Lord now and forever.” I believe that the Lord is saying this: “My children, you have come to praise and worship Me. Sometimes you want to make it an act of your will and it is an act of your will. But if you are like that child, lying quietly in My arms, praise will build up within you, for you will know My love. My love will surround you as you quiet yourself and gaze upon My face as a child gazes upon his mother's or his father's face. That child sees love. My children, let your hearts be quiet and let the praise build up within you. Let the love that
I have for you be shown through My face and the love you have for Me be returned. Let the praise build in your hearts and it will flow out from you, flow out from you like a river of joy.”
