INSPIRED WORD

October 1, 2008

SCRIPTURE

Psalm 28: 6 – 7: Blessed be the Lord, Who has heard the sound of my pleadings. The Lord is my strength and my shield, in Whom my heart trusted and found help. So my heart rejoices; with my song I praise my God.

PRAYER

Fill us with Your Spirit, Lord, have it overshadow us. Take away every thought and every worry that we came in here with tonight. Let us be filled with Your Spirit, Lord, so that we can praise You for Your glory. Amen.

SCRIPTURE

Revelations 21: 2 – 3: I saw the Holy City , the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared and ready like a bride dressed to meet her husband. I heard a loud voice speaking from the throne, “Now God's home is with mankind and He will live with them. They shall be His people, and God Himself will be with them and He will be their God.”

SCRIPTURE

Psalm 34: 18 – 21: When the just cry out, the Lord hears and rescues them from all distress. The Lord is close to the broken hearted, saves those who spirit is crushed. Many are the troubles of the just, but the Lord delivers from them all. God watches over their bones; not a one shall be broken.

SHARING / EXHORTATION

The Lord is pleased when good people pray. We hear the stories of when He moves us to pray in different situations. Coincidence? No, their miracles! God hears all prayers and He is pleased when good people pray!! God answers prayers!

SENSE

I don't know if I am saying this for someone here tonight, but it keeps going through my mind. I know we talk a lot about having to have faith and trust in God, but sometimes things don't turn out the way we wanted, but they do happen according to God's will. We may not understand it, but it doesn't mean that we you didn't have enough faith. It happened because God had a different plan for that situation.

PROPHECY

I will be your God throughout your lifetime until your hair is white with age. I made you and I care for you! I will carry you along and I will save you. My people, I see your love for Me and I want you to know that I am pleased. I am your Creator and I am pleased with you. Know that I am with you and that I hold you up. Know that each one of you here tonight is special to Me!!

PRAYER

We do doubt our faith when we don't see our prayers answered the way we expect them to be answered. Lord, we doubt You, we doubt ourselves, we doubt God. Lord, I just ask tonight that You would help us to know, down deep in the core of our being, that if faith alone was the only thing needed to remove pain from our lives, You would never have gone to the cross. Your faith was greater than any of ours and yet in walking in the Lord's will, You walked to the cross. Without the cross, the Resurrection could never have happened. So often in our own lives, without our own crosses, our resurrection could not happen. Lord, You know what we need and You are with us every step of the journey. Lord, help us to walk with You, to truly trust that we are in Your hands, regardless of the outcome. Give us the gift of faith to truly say, “Yes, Lord, I believe! Help my unbelief!”

TONGUES

INTERPRETATION

My children, I love you and I will never, ever leave you, no matter what your pain, no matter how far away you think I am from you, I will NEVER EVER leave you!!

CONFIRMATION

I confirm that because in my mind I kept hearing, “I will never forsake you, NEVER forsake you!! NEVER!!!
