INSPIRED WORD

August 1, 2007

EXHORTATION / SENSE

….the Lord is asking us to release into His hands all those burdens and things that prevent us from praising Him this night. In the last song we talked about walking in a dry and weary land. But now He just wants us to let all of that go and to come to Him, to turn our faces, our hearts and our minds to Him and praise Him for these next two hours. He loves us very much and sends the Holy Spirit to draw us closer to Him, and together with that Holy Spirit, takes us into the very presence of God, the Father, Who is ultimate Love, ultimate Love. He says, “Just come and be with Me, see Me, and let Me let show you the love of My Father.”

CONFIRMATION

Psalm 28: 6-7: Blessed be the Lord; for He has heard the sound of my pleading; the Lord is my strength and my shield. In Him my heart trusts, and I find help; then my heart exults, and I will give thanks to Him in song.

PRAYER

Wherever we are in our life's walk, let that walk be with You, Lord Jesus - all the way to Calvary and beyond, to the Resurrection, and then to the whole world. Let us walk with You, Jesus; let us be with You. As we converse with You along the way, may our hearts be burning with Your fire as You open Scripture to us, as You open Your Word to us, as You open Your wisdom to us, and as You open Your love to us, most of all.

VISION / SENSE

There is a very, very sweet presence of the Holy Spirit here tonight. When the Lord comes and inhabits the presence of His people, He has a certain purpose in mind. As I was worshiping I had this vision of a heart that had been broken. I have this sense that the Lord wants to heal some hearts here tonight. I don't know what the situations are, but I know that there are wounded hearts and the Lord wants to take care of that right now.

PRAYER

Our Father, You love us so much; we ask You to touch the hearts of those here who have not experienced a father's love or have experienced it wrongly. O Father, let them know how much You love them! O Father, You are the Abba of Jesus, You are our Abba as well, You are our Daddy, You are the One to Whom we can go and rest our head upon Your chest and hear Your heart beat. O Father, pour forth Your love upon those who need to experience Your Fatherly love. O Father, we are Your children. Abba,You love us and rejoice over us. We love You!

PROPHECY

There are some people here who, like me, think they are aimless, without destination. God, our Father, has a message for us tonight. “You think that you are aimless, without destination, but you are wrong! You have made Me your destination; You have made me your aim, and I am the greatest aim! I am the greatest destination! You are greatly beloved by Me; you are a treasure in My sight! I hold you by My hand and without you knowing it, I direct your life. You are touching other people's lives with My love! You are not aimless; you are not without destination. Don't look at the circumstances around you because I ordain those circumstances. You are My servant, My messenger, My dear beloved child with whom I am well pleased!”

TONGUES

INTERPRETATION

You, My beloved ones, it is to your doubt that I speak. I have come that you might be free. I have come that you might see My love. No greater love is this, than to lay down one's life for another. I came willingly! I laid down My life for you that you might be free, that you might experience My love. Do not feel that you are unworthy, for I have taken care of that at the cross. I have made you worthy of My love! Come before Me in a quiet time, before My cross, and lay it down, whatever it is, lay it down! Do you really need to put your fingers into My hands, My feet and My side? Do you not believe that I am here with you? Wherever you go, you can not run from Me because I have made you; My love for you is everlasting! I have great plans for you and nothing, no, nothing will thwart My plans for you. My love is everlasting, everlasting , My beloved!! There is nothing you can do to earn it , there is nothing for I give it freely and I give it to you – each and everyone of you!! Come, come and spend a few moments with Me and let Me wrap My arms around you; let Me touch you with My love! My love abounds everywhere! Pray for the eyes to see My love; pray for the eyes and ears, for I am all around you. My promises are true – I will never ever leave you and I will always love you, for I have laid down My life for you and said it is finished. And indeed it is!!

PROPHECY

I did not come to judge you; I have come to reveal the love of My Father, Whose love I pass on to you!

CONFIRMATION

I want to confirm those two previous Words. God does not look down upon your circumstances and make you walk through them by yourselves. But He walks each and every step with us. He loves to see His children rejoice in Him. He loves to wrap His arms around us and hold us close to Him. There is not one person in this room who is unworthy of His love. If you had been the only person on the face of this earth who needed the love of Jesus, He would not have turned away from you. You are precious to Him! You are loved by Him! He says that He rejoices over us with songs of gladness and that He quiets us with His love. There is not one thing that you have done that would make God ever hold His love back from you! It is not anything that you did, that I did, but He says, “I love you so much that I allowed Myself to be beaten, to have My Blood shed.” It says in Scripture that His Blood was shed for us and the punishment for our sins was carried out upon His shoulders. He says, “Take My yoke upon you for it is light and you will find rest for your souls.” We cannot do it on our own. We need to know the love of Jesus Christ each and every day. His love is for each of us! He is here tonight and He is saying, “Take it for it is My gift to you!”

SENSE

I have a real strong sense that we are being asked to sit for several minutes in total silence; not to sit anxiously or afraid, but to be open, focusing on His Spirit and on Jesus, Who will lead us to the Father. Just sit quietly and let Jesus and the Holy Spirit work in us.

SCRIPTURE

Psalms 91: 11 – 16: For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all of your ways. On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and adder, the young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot. For those who love Me, I will deliver; I will protect those who know My name. When they call to Me, I will answer them; I will be with them in trouble, I will rescue them and honor them. With long life I shall satisfy them, and show them My salvation.

PRAYER

Lord, we cry out to You! We cry out to You for the people who are in need; we cry out to You, O God! Show Your salvation, O Lord, to all of them in their circumstances.

CONFIRMATION

I think the words which we have heard tonight in Prophecy can be attributed to us in many ways. But most important is His love, His love for us, His care and guidance for us, His well-being for us. I want to confirm these things. He was telling me too, “I am the God of many chances, the God of love, the God of renewal. Even though the world could beat you up on a daily basis and knock you down, and take you to defeat, I am there to pick you up. I am there to restore you; I am there to love you, so don't despair, don't be disheartened. Just let me fill you with My love and know that I am love and I will love you and care for you. I will never let you fall. I will always be there for you!”

SCRIPTURE / SENSE

From the very beginning this Scripture has been sitting on my lap. Ruth started it by inviting us to the banquet table. In the Songs of Solomon , there is a little short verse in Chapter 2: 4 : “He brought me to the banqueting house, and His intention toward me was love.” I believe that is what the Lord has done for us tonight. There has been a very, very strong sense of the Holy Spirit and I know that others have sensed it too. What He has done is brought us to His banqueting house with love.

CONFIRMATION

I want to confirm that. I was late coming here tonight, so missed the beginning part. But the song that I had on my mind (which I haven't thought of in about 15 years) is: “My Beloved is mine and I am His; His banner over me is love.” The next part says, “He brings me to the banquet table, His banner over me is love.”

SCRIPTURE

Psalm 62: 2 - 3, 8: My soul rests in God alone, from Whom comes my salvation. God alone is my rock and salvation, my secure height; I shall never fall. My safety and glory are with God, my strong rock and refuge.
